Delete your FindResto account

• Open FindResto and go to You → Settings & help → Your account → Delete my account.
• Choose what happens to your reviews: keep them anonymously (no name, and they can't be linked back to you), or remove them.
• Confirm. You have 30 days to change your mind by signing in again. After that your account is erased.

Email privacy@findresto.app from the email address on your account and say "Delete my FindResto account". Tell us whether to keep your reviews anonymously or remove them. We confirm within 5 working days.

• Your email, name, PIN, settings, saved places and signed-in devices
• Your loyalty card number, points, reward codes, status and notices
• Receipt and order-email images (these are already deleted 30 days after upload)
• Your reviews, if you chose to remove them

• Reviews you chose to keep, with nothing that identifies you
• Anonymous visit counts for restaurants (no name, email or card number)
• Records we must keep by law, such as purchase and tax records. Your £1.99 purchase is recorded by Google or Apple under their own rules

Deleting your account does not refund the £1.99; refunds are handled by your app store.
